Senior IT Support Technician /Engineer
We're currently recruiting for an experienced professional who will be able to 'hit the ground running' in this varied and challenging role. Working as part of a team to provide support to our customers in all IT matters, you will be proactive in ensuring the maintenance of computers and equipment and for resolving technical issues. Based in our office in Exeter, you will also be required to visit customer sites across the South West. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to quickly and efficiently fault-find and then implement an appropriate resolution. Experience of Microsoft Exchange and Small Business Server is a must; as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude that enables you to adapt to the task at hand.
This role is also responsible for the management and mentoring of a junior member of the team.
