Make sure you are RTi compliant with Sage Payroll RTi Edition

Real Time Information or RTI is being introduce for all employers from April 2013 and will mean employers will be legally required to report PAYE in real time. This means that information about all PAYE payments need to be submitted to HMRC online (via a software solution) each time a payment is made as part of the payroll process, rather than at the end of the year as they are now.

RTi is not optional and all business will need to comply to RTi regardless of the number of staff it employs.  It is extremely important to get the information you submit to HRMC correct, so whatever solution you choose you will need a product you can trust, which is RTi ready as well as making the transition a smooth experience.

Sage have been working very closely with HMRC, investing significant resource in ensuring their Sage Payroll solutions are RTI-ready for the HMRC pilot, which began in April 2012. As a result, Sage 50 Payroll has been officially recognised by HMRC as RTi-ready.  Sage has added extra step by step instructions to help you through the process of submitting your PAYE for RTi giving you the confidence you need to know you’re doing everything correctly.
