The comprehensive links with Sage Line 100's Sales Ledger, Nominal Ledger and Stock Control provide even more effective management control with cost of sales, stock analysis, departmental costing and other financial areas.

Power of the Internet

Service Manager’s other strength is its ability to use the Internet to send job sheets by e-mail, fax or an abbreviated text message (SMS) to an engineer or department  by using Tobit's David Infocentre Software.

The David solution also provides a full electronic messaging facility allowing you to create, send and receive; e-mails, faxes and SMS external to Service Manager. This system also provides the facility of being able to send faxes from other third party products, such as Microsoft Word, Telemagic, etc..., from any workstation on a network.
