users can log and amend calls for the same customer concurrently.

lines of text for detailed fault logging and engineer notes.
Multiple symptom, cause and action
entries are available for each record, detailing call-backs and
recording engineers times.
Extensive call viewing options for
displaying new and outstanding calls, even by engineer.
Diaries
Provides all the
functionality for maintaining a booking schedule for jobs to engineers
and departments.
The diary is in the form of a
scroll list, which can be sorted by date, priority, town, postcode or
engineer. You can also restrict the screen to display from a date or for
a single engineer.
The facility also provides all the
functionality for taking new calls and maintaining existing ones.
This also adds
additional functionality to Service Manger by allowing you to
assign postcodes to engineers. This can then automatically
allocate new jobs to the specified engineer or department by the
postcode entered for the job at the time of creation.
Another feature is that you can
store mobile number, fax numbers & e-mail addresses for
engineers and departments. If you then have the optional Timewade

sending a job sheet by using either of these medias or all.
