How often have you worked with a third party supplier and watched the costs rise and rise as a project progresses and as they come across complications and have to spend more time than they’d originally anticipated? It’s frustrating for you, concerning for your finance team and can leave you questioning whether you made the right choice of supplier and if one of the alternative options may have been more cost-effective and more transparent.
At Timewade, we do things differently, and our clients never pay more than they are quoted for a service. What’s more, if a project is more straightforward than anticipated, and we spend less time than we originally quoted, you won’t be billed the original fee.
For example, if someone is considering a technology project with Timewade, we’ll scope it and then provide a quote which sets out the cost of any product costs, licensing and our labour.
At the end of the project, we look back at the time spent. If we originally quoted for 2 days but it took 2.5, we won’t invoice you for this time, it is not something we believe you should have to pay for. On the flip-side, if your project took less time, 1.5 days (rather than 2), we’ll reduce the invoice so that you pay less than you anticipated.
