Beginners Guide: Working, Teamwork and Collaboration in a Virtual Environment

Beginners Guide: Working, Teamwork and Collaboration in a Virtual Environment 1920 1080 Timewade

The next session in the Technology for Success Essential Guidance for SMEs webinar series run by Timewade will be on the topic of Teamwork and Collaboration.

Hosted by Vikram Kamerkar of Minerva Lifelong Learning, alongside Roy McFarlane of Total Productivity Solutions, the 45 minute masterclass focuses on ‘Working, Teamwork and Collaboration’, and how moving from a physical to a virtual environment is part technology and part bridging the gap between what we were used to in an office environment,  to a ‘new normal’ of working remotely on a sustained basis.

The webinar is on Thursday April 9 from 08.30 – 09.15 am. Places can be booked here: https://bit.ly/T4Swebinar.

Vikram says: “The session will be used to discuss the variety of challenges people face as they adapt to the ‘new normal’ of remote working. Whether juggling work with home-schooling the kids, or racing your other half for the best desk in the house, there are many challenges as we balance our time, head space and physical work space.”

Roy adds: “It takes time for adaptations to become ingrained in our day-to-day routine, and many of us may feel embattled by events that are out of our control. We’re going to make mistakes and that’s good. That’s how we learn and there is a lot of rapid learning going on right now.”

The webinar is for people working remotely (whether they’re business leaders or employees) as we all adapt to the virtual environment and as we consider a future where the world of work is likely to look very different in the aftermath of the Covid-19 crisis.

Julian Wills, Managing Director of Timewade and Founder of Technology for Success, will also be on hand to talk about some of the IT and tech challenges organisations are facing.

Once booked, you can also send in questions in advance for our experts.
