Sage 200cloud have recently released their new Summer Enhancements. Some of the new features for this release include:
Payments integration to Sage’s own Payments Cloud
Stripe and PayPal can now be added to the Pay Now feature, enabling your customers to pay invoices using their Stripe or PayPal accounts and these transactions will automatically reconcile to the ledger.
Go Cardless Preview
Sage have partnered with GoCardless a leading digital Direct Debit provider to allow you to schedule and collect payments by Direct Debit from within Sage 200cloud.
Sales Order Processing Enhancements
The sales order process will be enhanced through the ability to set up cross-selling items for adding complementary items to an order i.e. those items often sold with another stock item. Suggested items will also help speed up the order process with the ability to add items quickly that are specific to a customer, such as those previously or recently purchased, or preferred items.
Microsoft Skype and Google Map integrations
You can now improve communications with your customers or suppliers through Sage 200cloud by using Skype for Business from within Sage by clicking the Skype icon next to a contact’s email address. You also have the ability to view a customer or supplier address using Google Maps by clicking the Google Maps icon next to the address.
Document capture for Purchase Invoices
Sage 200cloud can now offer the user the ability to attach scanned or emailed Purchase Invoices to the associated transaction. The user may add, delete and view documents as well as add new scanned files.
You can now set up multiple alerts on a customer account to show key information for that customer which can be configured to display at various points associated with that customer.
The Summer enhancements release is also Making Tax Digital compliant.
