We’re excited to announce the launch of the ‘Technology for Success’ initiative – the first of its kind in the region. The initiative aims to give business leaders valuable insights into what they and other companies are doing now, how things will shift in the next five years and what the potential opportunities are to improve their use of technology to benefit their business.
As part of the initiative, in partnership with Tech South West, we have launched the Technology for Success survey, looking at how South West-based SMEs use technology to support their business.
We believe that every company needs to see themselves as a tech company, in terms of how they integrate technology into their strategic vision as much as their day-to-day operations. Technology touches every aspect of an organisation, from how it is set up within a business and how it best supports working with customers, clients, suppliers and partners, to developing products and services, managing data and securing new business.
The results of the study will be used to identify gaps and opportunities for businesses in the region in order to boost productivity. The findings, combined with additional research including interviews with some of the region’s most successful companies, will form the basis of the South West’s first Technology for Success report, shared with all participants and the wider business community.
We’re encouraging all South West-based SMEs to take part in the survey, in-order to benchmark how well they are using technology to boost their productivity compared to other similar businesses, plus everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon Echo Dot!
