Project Specialist
As a Project Specialist, your primary role will be to implement new products and solutions into our existing client base. Your overall responsibility will be for the successful planning, scoping, installation and closure of a project, ensuring issues managed and risks minimised, and projects completed to the satisfaction of our clients and within budget.
You will work with both clients and internal teams on strategic projects that will maintain and develop systems and enhance technology success.

Business Technology Consultant
As Business Technology Consultant, your primary role will be to manage your client’s technology strategy, using our proven process to provide input and guidance, steering your clients to make the right long-term decisions about their technology.
Regularly visiting clients for onsite meetings, you will provide recommendations and client proposals, based on technology system reviews.

Technology Success Analyst
As a Technology Success Analyst for Timewade, technology success is key to this role. You will work predominantly onsite with our South West based clients to ensure their technology is aligned with Timewade’s best standards/practices.
Using predefined software, you will identify areas of risk and misalignment with the objective of supporting and promoting our best practices to reduce risk and reactive issues for our clients.

Service Desk Analyst
As Service Desk Analyst, your primary role will be to provide remote reactive technical support across our South West client base.
Working closely with other team members to respond to & resolve client IT issues via telephone & email. In addition, this role will also involve progressing and/or resolving pro-active issues from our automation tools.

Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager of a growing technology company, you will lead a successful marketing strategy in line with target client profiles to deliver relevant and high-quality leads into the business to support the new business function.
You will be accountable for the day to day implementation of the marketing plan. This includes hands on implementation of most tactics, the management of third parties where required and the effective tracking, measurement, and communication of success.
